Joining Room to Read, CCCJ and Tokyo Startups United
Thrilled to announce our 2015 Mo-MaTSUri supporting Beers for Books campaign to benefit Room to Read, last year we raised enough to fund just over 1,000 books!
The venue is conveniently located just a short walk from North Exit of Nakano Station which is only 4 mins on the Chuo Line from Shinjuku. There is a Huge rambling terrace on the beautiful Shikinomori park and their beer garden is spectacular. Everyone is Welcome, so bring your friends along for some hot summer fun, and a great cause.. 😎

We’ll be enjoying the evening in support of Room to Read, an amazing NPO whose mission is to provide opportunities to children in developing countries with the goal of empowering kids via literacy and gender equality in education. For every drink you buy, The Footnik will donate 100 yen on your behalf to fund one high-quality local language book in places where they are most needed. There will be plenty of great folks to meet, with CCCJ and TSU groups also joining, and the Moonshots are playing = It Will Be Fun.
